Job Openings: San Ramon Soccer Club in San Ramon, CA is currently looking for experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic coaches who are good teachers of the game. Candidates must possess a good history of successes with teams, understand youth development, and work well with families. In addition, candidates are required to have good communication skills, a passion for teaching, and willingness to understand and execute different teaching methods and styles demonstrated by the Director of Coaching. Candidates should possess a minimum USSF C License or equivalent and must be legal to work in the US. Candidates who have not met the minimum license requirement but possess exceptional experience and successes will also be considered. Coaching responsibilities include, but are not limited to running weekly team practices, weekend games, tournaments, assisting with Academy training, and administrative duties assigned by the Director of Coaching and the Club Administrator.
