Calling all middle and high school soccer players who have maintained a 3.0 or better GPA this first quarter of school – please consider applying for this year’s SRSC Scholar Athlete Program. |

Steps to apply: 1. Submit Scholar Athlete Program online application – deadline to apply is December 19, 2008 2. Confirmation form View & print (.pdf) or Download (.doc) |

3. Mail a copy of the following: • Confirmation Form signed by applicant, parent, and teacher/counselor • Applicant’s first quarter report card showing minimum 3.0 GPA • For graduating high school seniors, if applying for one of two $500 scholarships, please submit an essay and a letter of recommendation from a teacher or coach. |
